Cracking dash inserts?

Wondering if anyone else had the dashboard piece crack near the A/C vents? I know the part is replaceable and available in different materials like suede. Anyone know of any aftermarket options for different designs instead of getting the piece done at an upholstery shop?

I'm referring to this part and the smaller matching piece left of the steering wheel


Mine is just the base stock version and not suede, it looks terribly faded only above the A/C vents and has no cracks anywhere else

I'd just order a new one from GM parts.
