Are you guys tracking IAT's real time or are you just checking logs? I'm having a real problem with power loss here in Florida as well.
I have a aeroforce interceptor scangauge and can monitor a bunch of stuff in real time as I'm driving

I have HP Tuners Pro on my laptop, so I'm watching real time and logging.

eLesThree, your iat's seem good. What blower and where is your intake filter?
It seems like your HX of doing a good job.
You friends don't seem that out of whack though.
The only cooler I have is the ESS Tuning Intercooler that comes with their SC kit. This intercooler is an absolute BEAST. I was worried when I picked it up, because it is soooo freaking heavy. I should have weighed it, but it's gotta be over 60#s. The centri is a Vortech V3Si. I have some logs from a recent dyno session where it was 95 degrees inside the dyno room, and I never went above 102 IAT. I'm very happy with mine.

But in comparison, my friends got the Stage 2 intercooler from Procharger and sees much higher temps. But it appears that its not terribly abnormal from what you guys are reporting.

Top on is mine in the 93 degree dyno room.
Bottom is his on the street. Disregard his afr, no wideband hooked up.
Not sure why is boost is only 4.5 on that 4th gear pull...

When my Whipple was stock it was about 20-30deg higher than ambient, this 66 track day as example, was 66F out, IATs were around 95F all the way about 1hr to track. Whipples have them in the manifold at the back, below the SC. When I do 1/4 mile on same 66F day, starting temp would be around 110F from idle heat soak, then would get up to about 135F at end of track. On the third run with no cool down it was start at 120F then hitting about 145F, on a 66 deg day.

Active Interchiller should take 40* to 50* off what you see before so that same 66* day example I would expect around 45* IAT cruising. 1/4 mile on same 66F day, starting temp would be 60-70 but hot lapping should bring you back to that same 60-70. As you overdrive blower Heat Load and IAT goes up but Interchiller will still take that same 40* to 50* off. Same deal on 98* day temperatures will be higher but Interchiller performance will be proportional.
Out of boost coolant temp will be 7*-10* lower than IAT after blower.

Turbo and Centri guys go with an external W2A intercooler or better yet liquid cooled Intake Manifold, we have those on LS and LT now. Custom TBSS Turbo with Laminova Intercooler and Active Interchiller rocks, it belongs to Frazier our Installing Dealer in NY. Iron 6.0 with LS3 top
