Just installed an Alpine PDX-5, 2 sets of SPS-600C's and a 10" 1043D. Now I have a constant hissing unless I turn the volume up. I even have hissing and can hear my turn signals even if I have the volume at 0. If I turn it up, my amp shuts off in about a minute. A little help please before I pull out the rest of my hair.

had same prob, amp went into safe mode and all i heard was hissing. Check all connections to everything and found a connection wire touching metal on car. Redid connection and all was good. Just a thought for ya, Hope it helps.

your gain and/or sensativity may be set too high.
