Clutch?

Are there any clutch kits other than the zr1 clutch that can handle 600 to 700 HP?

There are a bunch. I just bought a McLeod RXT which is good for a1000+ hp. RPS/Hedrix Slayer is another. Centerforce DYAD also. These are what i considered but went with the McLeod

I ran one for awhile and it is by far the best clutch I have had in a high hp car as it feels better than stock and my trans gave out before the clutch did.

I will let you know on Tuesday. the install along with a GForce 9" kit is happening on Monday.

I was supposed to get the brand new Monster clutch Co. twin disc but i dont know if they got the new flywheel in. I ordered the McLeod as a "just in case" Monster has been trying to get this new twin disc out for a while now.

It was a difficult choice between the Street Slayer and Mcleod. i have a little Irish blood in me and believe it or not thats what sealed my decision.

If the Monster Twin disc is ready that is what will actually be installed. I bought the RXT as a backup. the flywheel for the monster had to be sent back and was supposed to be in today.....i doubt that happened. I was really looking forward to the Monster Twin. I know the RXT will be outstanding since it has been proven over and over.

Not kidding. I've got one and I don't have a single complaint about it. These clutches are top notch.
