Got the GM strut tower brace and painted it black and green. Cleared the green with a 2-part clear, and the black with a satin. This was all using rattle cans. Turned out amazing.

I also had to replace my rear bumper cover due to a minor mishap. Had a local shop paint it up. I installed my matte black with gloss black center piece Havoc rear diffuser at the same time. Took most of the day. The same shop painted my diffuser.

Wow Thomas, I never realized you were so versatile! Looks good!

Oh, and Nutro, I'm not sure where he got his paint, but if you're looking for Synergy in a can, this is a place you can start. I got mine there:

Affordable too.

Thanks.

Holy crap. Those are decent prices, but then it's $10 to ship. And how close is the match? And then you have to wait.

I drive 20 minutes out to Sherwin Williams Automotive (the "Automotive" part is important), and have them mix me up a can or two while I wait. I think it comes out to about the same, and then I can drive home and start using it immediately.

They also have the 2k clearcoat which is what you'll need if you want a factory-hard clear. It's in a can with a capsule of hardener inside that you puncture with a button on the bottom and when you mix it up, you have 48 hours to use it before it hardens in the can. Great stuff though. Just make sure you have a big enough job that you don't waste most of it.

Would. 3 gal air compressor tank and the autozone paint spray guns work well if I'm custom painting something ? I hate aerosol cans
