I assume the fuel rail clearance is because the FIC injectors are taller?
Never even thought about the serpentine belt routing on '13 MY camaros without PS pump. Jessika, can you address whether kits will be available that have a fix for this? |

Additionally, the screws for the fuel rails tighten down flush anyways so the rail did not raise at all. Quote:
~I didnt see a caliper weight either and I could not say wether would work with 18s or not. ~Yeah, the GoPro3 black edition looks incredible. Going to be fun in the spring Quote:

Build day 2:
Clearance made in fuel rail for overdrive set up: A pillar removed and gauges installed into the aftermarket one(boost on top; A/F on bottom) finished product tomorrow :P Painted throttle body low gloss black: Powdercoated strut bar satin black: Pfadt springs ready to go in: Manually actuating NPP valve(figured a few peeps werent sure how it opened & closed): AI Chiller install: This line was pre-fabbed with the fitting on the end but WAY too long as you can tell...we could have taken 2-3" easy and been good. No problem though as we used some large zip-strips and tied up to frame: More chiller plumbing pics: Misc: Headers installed: Mocked up (minus RX Catch Can...see below) Strut clearance over TVS: Only major issue was with the RX Catch can.......2 actually! ^straight out of the box/wrapping like this! -Additionally, it came WITHOUT the required mounting bracket! 3 of us look frickin everywhere and did not find it...even though we opened the box and immediately found no mounting bracket. Jessika immediately jumped on it and is having one overnighted to me....hopefully it shows up in time before my build is finished tomorrow!

Get it done already. I mean what is the hold up, this is the slowest build I have ever seen. Minutes have passed, may be even hours and no update!
Kidding aside. Awesome work. Beautiful car and build. It was amazing before. Can't wait to see the final results. |

TOMORROW:
Wire in the gauges, finished bolting the intake together, Bolt on the strut bar, put the new springs back in, recharge the AC unit, get the alignment done.... oh and by the way we still have to tune it with the chiller kit and run some dynos and make sure everything is working correctly and no leaks or rattles or CEL codes , etc. Then swap out the new tires for the rear in the winter and everything should be done :-) then drive 132 miles home with a raging CHONER |
