Temporary replacement for my Camaro...I want to cry - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

The dealer has had my car for a week now. Has a bad slave cylinder seal, shift actuator and pressure plate. Everything has been replaced except for the pressure plate. Anyways the plate is on back order! They just had another camaro in for the same thing and it took three weeks! Care to guess what I got for a rental? The dealer requested that I get something more sport like and higher class....I got a 2011 Kia sorento!!! I want to cry! This thing barely moves

it is going to be a long couple weeks!

How can They give ya a Kia?....... The General wont cover a rental in a Non GM vehicle.

JUst think how much money you'll save on gas. Use that to buy yourself an xbox360, take your significant other out to dinner. Or you could gamble it, go to a prostitute, take the kids to chucky cheese, give it to a homeless person. Go to the mall and buy a bunch of clothes, play the lottery, buy a remote controlled car or plane, go get a massage or that "special" massage, go to the bar and buy everyone a round of drinks or just drink that money yourself. Pay someones medical bills, pay someone's mortage payment, go see a movie, better yet take a hot chick to a movie and make out with her, then give her some cash or better yet take her on a date thru the taco bell drive thru telling her you'll take her some place nicer when you get your camaro. Or just chill and count the days until you get your ride back because in the string of things its all minucia.

I wish but I have had it since February. I can see why kias are so cheap though

If this drags on, initiate Ohio Lemon Law proceedings, I think 30 days out of service the first year without regard to number of separate problems qualifies. If it looks like this might happen they probably will magically get the parts.

Does this mean if it is in service for 30 days it's considered a lemon?

It's if it has 30 days of service in a year or 18000 miles. Got it in feb and it has 16k so that won't help much lol
