Blue Tooth not working

My 15 2SS/1LE was parked for several months. During that time I purchased a new iPhone 14. When I tried to sync the new phone to the car I discovered the Blue Tooth icon was grayed out, not selectable.

Anyone know why this might be happening and what to do to remedy the problem?

Thanks
Craig

I have sometimes gotten it working again,
keeping the radio fuse off overnight.

Do you have a reset option on your radio to reset back to factory settings? Try that.

On the chance you haven’t fixed it and assuming you’re using the stock mylink. You have to connect the phone via settings. In the settings, you’ll see something like “phone settings” and you add your phone via that menu. Most cars you’d click on “Bluetooth” and connect that way but for some reason you have to add the phone as a phone and Bluetooth is connected that way. Bluetooth should not be greyed out after and will start to connect automatically.

I had this happen recently when I changed phones also. I did just as 45TH SS stated and I was back in the game. For some reason it is just the way our system is set up, good luck!
