EDIT: ANYONE HAVE STEREO INSTALLED IN CAMARO IN THE CARROLLTON / LEWISVILLE / PLANO / COPPEL AREA?
(i've got a scosche kenwood set up ready to install and may have a pro do it.... )

Give this guy a call. His website kind of sucks and he's not the mostly personable person in the word but he is one of the best in the area with vinyl. He is usually priced as cheap or cheaper than others around.

Looking for a shop in the Carrollton / lewisville / Plano area that has experience with the 2010/11/12 Camaro stereo install- Kenwood/scosche/rear camera.

I've got the parts... just need the install....

I have always had real good luck with Earmark off of Beltline in Carrollton

so they have worked on your camaro?

I just don't want some yahoo that has never worked on a Camaro digging into mine for practice.

Yes, they have worked on many of them. There was 1 in the shop when I had my Metra kit and Pioneer stereo installed by them. They are not the most inexpensive, but they do it right, and they stand behind their work. I have used them on several cars I have owned in the past.

just went by there... he says he can't get me in until January 15th.

I'll be in Pensacola by then so I guess I'm going to be doing this myself unless there are other recommendations out there-

just got an email from CARTOYS in Lewisville.... they may be able to do it....

anyone have experience with them?

yes, you are right about that....... I got him down to $500 total for the install....(head unit, scosche kit, back up camera and JL amp)

broken down- the head unit isn't too bad at $250 and the back up camera for $150 isn't terrible if they hide the wires well.... but $150 for the JL XD400 is a little steep considering I've got the FARK harness and amp install kit already.... That puts the install to $550 but I begged for a discount and got it to 500.
