Not a big fan of brake caliper covers, just the concept of it turns me off IMO. I'd go with PC or painting the factory calipers.

Paint is not very durable in my experience, even so-called "High-Temp" paint products. Powder coat is the way to go

Huh? I saw a brake caliper paint kit at a local car parts store for $20,when I was getting gear lube. So,you don't recommend that? I eventually want to do this, but I haven't decided on the color.

You could get them to match your car. I didn't cause on IBM they just did not stand out enough.

I went with the G2 Paint kit off of ebay. I went all out though in the cleaning process and I think that makes the difference. So far it has been 6 months and no issues and they stay glossy. Very easy to clean too.

The covers just look cheap IMO, I did the G2 paint about 2yrs
ago and they still look like day 1.

I'd do gold with that color
