Eibach lowering springs

I had my Eibach lowering springs (bought from Autoanything) installed today by Rodgers Chevrolet .

A big THANK - YOU to Becky, Joe and Gerry for taking care of me the way a customer should be treated and taken care of at a dealership.

Fantastic experience while at their location.

Here are some photos from a few months ago before the drop and today after I got home. The kit lowered all four corners 1.25"

A little bit stiffer while driving, you feel the bumps a touch more when comparing the two set-ups. But if it came from the factory this way you would have never known. Certainly not an issue in my book. Handling is probably better but hard to tell since I have not had a chance to push it enough to notice. I mainly did the change for the looks.

Great looking car. I've been very happy with my Eibach springs. Can't go wrong at that price!

DO NOT TRIM!!!!
The instructions tell you to...lowering anything generally requires you to do it whether the instructions tell you to or not.

The dealership did the install. I gave them the Eibach instructions. I do not know if they were trimmed or not.

You do not trim the bumpstops with Eibach. It's in the instructions.

This is NOT true. The instructions in my kit for the SS said to trim.
