My friends ZL1 has developed a suspension/rearend clunk and is under factory warranty. Who has a service writer/GM dealer with a GOOD experience on this platform? In Austin, Covert Cadillac is amazing but I'm new to Dallas.

I dealt with a lady at Huffines in Plano this week for a warranty repair. Susie Frazier. No hassle and was great to deal with. Just a suggestion

Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine is always good, I live about 40 minutes and 3 other chevy dealers from there and still drive to that one.
