BMR pulls 1.53 G's at the track!
Yes, the title is a little misleading but not the least bit untrue! Now that we have finally finished breaking driveline parts, we are back to track testing again. Before we start testing our new line of drag-oriented suspension parts currently in development we wanted to see what kind of times we could get with the suspension as it was setup straight from the road course. Below are the results:
After a few test runs we got 3 passes with the 1.560 above, plus a 1.571 and a 1.564. A 1.56 60 ft/time mathematically converts to 1.53 G's, hence the title. Suspension-wise the car currently has the following BMR products installed: TCA027 - Trailing Arms with spherical bearings TR004 - Adjustable Toe Rods with rod ends SB030 - Front and rear adjustable Swaybar Kit SP021 and SP023 - Lowering Springs SFC015 - Subframe Connectors DSL014 - Driveshaft Safety Loop DTB004 - Driveshaft Tunnel brace BK031 - Total Suspension Bushing Kit - Pro version All we did to the suspension was remove an endlink from the front swaybar, everything else was left as is. |
