Exclamation Need Advice: CEL and codes

My car is a 2010 V6 with about 20K miles, and mods include a short ram injen and MRT 2 exhaust. Both have been on the car for years with no issues. Today I took my car to a DIY car wash just to use the powerwash to get dirt off the car and clear the undercarriage.

On the drive back home on the highway, felt the engine shake/hesitate and got flashing CEL, and then a permanent CEL. First time I ever got a CEL. I got off the highway, onto local roads and went to AutoZone to use their code reader. Here is a photo of the results. The codes it shows are p0300 p0301 and p0304. Multiple misfires and a recommendation to replace the fuel injector. Attached is a photo of the autozone screen.

Would replacing the fuel injector solve the problem as AutoZone recommends? I didn't open the hood and spray water into the engine bay but could water damage have caused a short? Please let me know what you think.

Your coils may have gotten wet. My car hates getting water on the coils.

Thanks, though I didn't open the hood or spary the engine bay.

Would the coils dry on their own?

Yes or you can clear them with a code scanner.

I cleared the codes and have let the car sit for a week. Drove it around the parking lot, reved the engine in neutral, and so far no new CEL. Still need to test it on the highway but scared of the potential results :(
