Looking for some advice on next upgrade
So I went to the casino last night and sat down and 3rd spin hit for 10k. So it is time for an upgrade. My car is 2010SS with a Maggie, Meth, Cam. I have done all the suspension with AfE coil-overs and sways also solid sub bushing and rear carrier bushings. For my fuel system I am running a ZL1 fuel pump and a JMS BAP. So I have 3-5k to put in car. I was thinking E85 and a new fuel system any input on the best way to go as far as which is the best fuel pump and where to buy the E85 kit and what needs to be changed . Or any ideas on other mods the car dynoed at 650hp after cam install

Did you have it tuned? If so, were you fuel-limited? Is it the 2300 Maggie? Seems like you're right at what I'm seeing most Maggie cars run as far as power. You could go procharger and sell the Maggie. Use those proceeds for a fuel system - AGP or Fore.

Gotta love a man with priorities.
Cheapest way to get more fuel is an aux pump. I ran an A1000 with its own line and joined in with the stock line using 6AN to 8AN Y-fitting. The better way to do it is with an in-tank triple set up that has a return line. You will also need at least 1000cc injectors boosted on E85. If you run sticky tires with that power, you will probably need a stronger diff and axles too.

I would say you got it exactly right by going E85. Given what you already have…that is the best next step that will give you the most gains. I’ve got a very similar set up (Kenne Bell, cam, E85, heads, throttle body, forged internals, headers, and more). I’m super impressed with what the E85 does for it. The timing that can be added on E85 is a game changer. When switching back and forth between E85 and 92 pump gas…the difference is very noticeable.
For fuel, I went with a twin pump from AGP. Pretty nice kit overall. Allows you to use the stock fuel line as the return line to the tank. But there are many options out there that will work. I looked at the aux pump too…but I decided to just go with a bigger return style system. |

Agree with both. Get a nice fuel system, e85, turn up the Maggie, and get suspension components/ drivetrain to support.
