On a very good track I think you could see a 12.2 but on a iffy track or even a hot day when the track temps are high I'll say as bad as a 12.6.
Well, my best time was 12.37 doing what you just described except i stalled it up to 1500. I tried stalling at 2000 and i ran 12.75 with some tire spin. I also learned the hard way to avoid the water. Some folks suggested i get the tires wet and hot. Not necessary with stock tires, as a matter of fact made things worse. I def need some drag radials.

Sorry I didn't see your post beforehand-we could have worked something out for me to let you run my spare DR set.

No put down, but imo no one should bother getting a TC and run on the strip unless you have some decent tires. That would be very frustrating.

Best of luck.
Thanks man. That's nice of you to offer the DR's. Yes this was at the fest. I was car 524. It was my first time ever at the track and i had a blast.

Thank you and here you go. I've had better RT times of 0.425 earlier but spun the tires that time and did worse overall. I made 3 passes that day total.
