XR 296hr-14 in an LS3

Has anyone used this cam in their LS3. All I’ve been seeing is how good it was for LS1,2 and 6. I don’t want a wild cam but something with low bottom end with great mid to top end which this cam offers.

Check with GPI, they sell a full kit for 4 stages of cams along with tons of research.

from what I have heard cathedral and square/rectangle port cams have to be designed a bit differently due to flow/velocity

What he said above. Different flow requirements due to the different head types.
