Cool. I don't think I will mind the noise either.

That sucks man. I would contact them since you are waiting for a reservoir before you install...right???

Yeah. It was packed really good, but the box and the internal packaging have the same slice in the same place. FEDEX evidently damaged it during shipping.

Is the heat exchanger, supercharger, etc., tied in with the rest of the cooling system? I was thinking it was all separate.

Yup all on the same system. Do them at the same time, it's much easier to drain and fill the system once.

Cool. So, basically, the only advantage of the D3 reservoir is for ice right?

Well it holds my coolant so that's a plus. And I feel with a reservoir it was easier to fill the system and get all the air out the lines.

That's the way it looks. If I wasn't buying a reservoir, how in the world would you be able to fill the system?

I was thinking about doing a ron davis exchanger, D3 reservoir, with an expansion tank in the trunk for meth or other cooling

LOL I didn't think he meant like cars radiator/coolant, I read it wrong. I figure he meant sc coolant pump, to blower, to heat exchanger...which is one systems. Sorry for the confusion.

What kind of coolant did y'all put back in it? Dexcool or something else? We try to stay away from Dexcool as much as possible at my shop due to sludge. Also, are you running any additives? Water Wetter or Lucas Super Coolant?
