12:30 doesn't seem that early to be drunk tossing. Seems to be about when either the 'ambitious' drinkers (the ones who down glasses instead of shots) or the ones who straight up can't hold their liquor start passing out and/or causing trouble, in my experience.

Now, if it was 12:30 PM ... that would be early.
