Warranty work & Tune

My 2010 is approaching 36K miles and I'm bringing it to the dealer next week to have a minor problem corrected with the power seat. I've only had the car back to the dealership for a few oil changes. I have a Vector Tune, headers, and CAI. The question I have is whether or not I should have the dealer perform any other updates (ECM, Transmission, or PDIM, etc.)? Anything else I should ask them to do before I exceed the 36K mark? My car runs great right now so I don't want them to muck it up.

What are your thoughts on this?

The dealer is mod friendly, so I'm not worried about him knowing about the tune, I just don't want them to screw anything up.

Any insight you can share would be helpful.

Thanks.

Dont have them flash over your tune file if you want to keep it!
