My worst Dealership nightmare with videos

how would you handle this situation??

The first video is the mechanic riding my clutch stalling the car 7 times 4 with the parking brake on. and the second is a second mechanic peaking under my belongings.

I will be going back tomorrow but what would you say??

Its 100% completely visible right under the mirror.... I have no idea how 3 different people didn't see it... People point or smile and wave normally also it has a display so they can watch themselves on it

Yea...that's why I don't take it to the dealer if I can help it. What were they doing for your car originally?

I would discuss it with manager.. I would start conversation asking about mechanics ability to drive manual transmission. See how that goes then bring up the touching of bags. Lol Hold back on the video until you need it.

This makes me wonder how many cars I work on have cameras in them that I don't notice... I definitely need to stop talking to myself on test drives!

Yeah I mean dude the first video is unfortunate, but it doesn't seem like he abused your car intentionally.

Second video... there could be any number of reasons he lifted up your backpack. It was so quick and nonchalant, it looks like he was making sure he didn't leave something behind like a report/paper/car ID. It's not like he unzipped and scavaneged through anything or even opened up your console. They normally keep papers in the passenger seat, so when it's packed to the roof with your junk, it's not unreasonable for him to check that seat out of reflex.

All in all.. not sure you'll really get anything out of it but an argument and an courtesy apology.

1st dude was pretty disrespectful to your car. Didn't seem to bad but I would tell/ask them do not let none of them drive your car again and have the manager drive it instead. If you can, drive it yourself in and out of the bay.
