flowmaster is the worst exh ever for power. we have seen cars pick up 30rwhp from switching

Go with Corsa's ZL1 exhaust and stay 3" all the way back.

Thanks for all the replies.
I'm so happy with the way the car sounds now. The car just SOUNDS like a more expensive race car/exotic sports car. The Flowmaster drone was excruciating, and the car just sounded like it had a bad leak. |

Wow corsa sounds terrible compared to flowmaster. To each their own i guess.

The downside is, almost every other exhaust now has better flowing muffler technology than what Flowmaster uses. In my humble opinion, the Borla S-type is the Goldielocks exhaust here. Great, aggressive sound, plus straight through flow. |

I also love the Flowmaster. cam and kooks and 3x3 cats with the 2.5" neckdown removed. I have book "Big Block Engine Buildups" (HP Books) where they tested a 572BBC and found that it only lost 3 hp at the top end...interesting.
