Build Suggestions

Hello everyone, So was going to be selling my 2011 2SS M6 but it decided the oil pump bypass was gonna stick. So went to go replace and low and behold I find needle bearings in my oil pump....not what I wanted to see. So I think you know what has to happen now. Got to keep it and build it.

Looking for suggestions on build paths as I have all the time now to fix it up. My original goals before thinking of selling was to go with twins in the engine bay and 1k hp and this and that but need a more realistic goal. Would like to look at either a NA set up or Single Turbo set up. I'm not real up to date on what to get as far as performance parts and in which combination. I am a good mechanic but never really done performance upgrades so just lack of knowledge there. Money is not a huge road block but would like to keep it in the range of $3-10k and around 650 RWHP, I'll be doing most the labor myself to help costs down so looking for parts total in that price range really.

Currently I have BBK Long Tube Headers with High Flow Cats, Corsa Cat Backs with Mufflers. The cam previously was installed by the prior owner and they didn't upgrade the other internals(Lifters, Pushrods, Cam Bearing, Springs) thus lead to my current predicament.

Since it looks like the motor will be needing replaced as well (not sure how bad needle bearing damage was?), I'm not sure if you can get to reliable 650rwhp territory on a sub-$10k budget.

My engine is fine as far as not needing replaced, (little over 500rwhp), and I am planning for well over $10k for hitting those kind of power levels just from adding the boost, and upgrading fuel/driveline/tires to handle that kind of power.

You COULD hit that power level without boost. I have seen an ls7 vette that was built pretty hot do 645RWHP NA, but not sure how friendly to drive that engine would be in a much heavier car.
