bow tie delete

had to be done. makes the car look meaner and cleaner IMO. it was a bit pricey for such a small piece of plastic but i love it. i paid $45 shipped. what do u guys think?

Looks good, I replaced mine with ones that were painted with body color paint, black car too. So the back one blends just fine, the front one is that glossier paint next to the flat grill, but it still looks good.

But your way is definitely good too.

I've considered getting one, but $45 seemed steep, so I plastidipped mthe gold center to black on mine. Looks good too.

I have the heritage grill snd thinking about taking bowtie off. but may leave rear on as its a grab handle on a black car

The bowtie is embedded in the grille, so removing it will leave a noticeable opening.

exactly this replaces the chunk that is missing when u remove the bow tie emblem

I did the same on my 1LT/RS that I originally bought and on the 2SS/RS that I currently drive. It looks great without the bowtie in the grill.

The look on the salesman's face was priceless when I removed the bowtie and put the delete kit on my SS before I took it home.
