Hey Delaware Peeps!

So the cruise nights have basically dried up in the Newark/Wilmington area but the weather is still pretty nice for the most part. Anyone in the area feel like grabbing lunch Sat or Sun afternoon? Been here a few months now but still havent met too many local people...

Just don't put him in the back seat and hit the brakes hard. He doesn't want a waffle face.

Indeed...that would be rude.

My car is all cleaned up and put away until the spring. With all the rain we've been getting lately it's just not worth taking the Maro out.

That would be funny, but no and you are lucky, we don't have cages in the back of our cars...

Cant argue with that...frankly with a decent set of snow tires these things do fine in the snow too. Just gotta stay on top of the washing.

I have a set of winters, but just got some all seasons to replace the pirellis. Going back and forth between still using the winters or selling the set.... any ideas?

(All seasons are General GMAX AS-03, and man they have an aggressive tread pattern)

Currently Im still running my PZeros but I have some scorpions on 19s ready to go if needed. Personally I prefer dedicated winter and/or summer tires. All seasons always left me feeling like I just had a mediocre tire in all conditions...

I take it that you like those Generals then? I looked at them on Tire Rack...pretty affordable... I'm not a huge fan of running these Pirellis in the cold, plus the lack of warranty protection and the possibility of them blowing out.

These generals handle very well in every situation I've had them in. Driven them in rain, freezing temps, and 65 degree sunny weather. Haven't had a chance to put them on some snow yet. But yes, I do like them over the pirellis due to the longer tread life, more versatile usage, good performance for what I do with them (aka daily driver), and cheaper cost.

Anyone going to be looking for a set of pirelli scorpion ice and snow winters on 17" msw type 17s?
