I use one 5Qts and three 1Qt of Royal Purple 5W30.
And yes.... ITS ALLLIIIVEEEEE

8 quarts in the v8's. Castrol GTX Edge full synthetic 5w30 for oil and Just switched from Bosch Distance Plus to K&N for oil filter because of availability.

Maxima ls530 or driven ls30 if you autocross or race like I do. Just street I like Mobil one 5-30 extended for the better wear protection vs regular Mobil one.

Amsoil full synthetic motor oil with amsoil synthetic oil filter filled before install.. car takes 2 gallons of oil. average fuel economy increased from 16mpg to 18mpg mostly city driving with manual trans ..

Royal Purple 20w50 High Performance Street. I run it about half way up the fill zone on the dipstick. Oil made a big difference in valve train noise in my cammed LS3. Plus it has ZDDP in it for added protection, could not be happier.
I used Mobil 1 15w50 and it worked good too, plus its only 23 bucks for 5 quart container at Walmart which is the best deal anywhere. It also has a high content of ZDDP. Great oil! |

They shredded the OP’s car in late 2016 after it froze up from 6 year old oil and it was recycled into my catch can.
