We're attending for the second time. Rooms booked and registered. Heading out Wednesday morning on I-90 from SW Minnesota.
Anybody interested in trying to get a group together and drive out? Possibly meet at a town along the interstate? Jackson, Worthington, Luverne, Souix Falls?

Just booked our room! We are in the northeast side of SD but this will be our first visit to the Camaro Rally in Sturgis, looking forward to it!

yep, I am going to pass through Sioux Falls, I could meet there before we head west..I am not 100% sure what time yet I am leaving.

We can always set something up before the event.

Maybe someone who's been to the rally can chime in and suggest a place? I suggest we meet on Friday or Saturday. Since not everyone will be participating the entire week.

I would say either we all meet before the car show and park together or all leave at the same time for one of the fun runs. There are a ton of photo ops on the cruises.

In the past, the line up for the car show has been by generations and clubs. We may be able to line up and park at the show by club. The line up is done at the grocery store parking lot across from the Busted Knuckle. We could meet at a corner of the lot. Google maps of the downtown area and come up with an area. Stay tuned.

Fair enough, just wondering if everything will be the same or will shake up a but now that the City of Sturgis is controlling the rally. Either way it will be a great time!

We would be interested in joining the caravan in Sioux Falls if the timing works out, I will probably trailer my car but my wife and son will be driving their Camaros.

I am thinking of going early Friday. But not sure yet.

We're heading out on the 19th. Staying in Murdo for the night (Wanna go through the Pioneer auto museum). Going to stay in Lead for the rest of the week. Going to make a week of it. If there's a camaro5 get together/photo op, I'd be up for that.
