Well there is case law on the warranty issue. They must prove that the cause was the supercharger. If they give me that BS, then I'll get an attorney to send them a letter requesting a diagnosis from a mechanical engineer stating such. That would cost them even more that just fixing it. Check the fluid level first.these tranny's are VERY picky when the fluid is not at the right level.

No tranny leaks seen and there is no dip stick to check the fluid.

I had a automatic that did like that, it was low on fluid. Every time I would make a hard right turn it would do exactly like that.

When mine first did that at was getting a slight flair on the 3 to 4 shift by then it was cooked. Hope you have better luck then me.
