Looks pretty ugly to me and I like just about everything Chevy has put out in recent years. I'm sure the car overall is an improvement over the last generation.

For a chevrolet sonic I think they did an ok job. Remember this is a 100% commuter car for maybe a small family. I could have seen my wife driving this if she was not so determined we needed 3 rows with 2 kids to stop the fighting in the car. Did not work by the way. lol

Eh. I see what they were trying to do.

It's a more mature, grown up look. The issue is Sonic has never been aimed at mature, grown up people. It's been a youthful, fun car since launch.

It'll sell I'm sure. Just definitely not the direction I would've taken. In any case I'm surprised GM even remembered they still build Sonic.

When I saw the red one in the link provided....I thought they somehow made it uglier.

But when I looked at the silver 4 door version, I actually like it.

So I guess it will do the job lol.
