Where are you seeing Lifetime warranty on these? I show 1 year.

They do look like OEM, TYC may even be the original OEM provider but these are different from OEM I pulled. The light pattern is not great, full of shadows and have wierd cut off and not the greatest high beams. The solenoid "shutter" for high beams is different too, you can't even hear them. It's a solenoid plunger design instead of the stepper motor the OEM's used. For half price of lights from GM (unsure you can even get them anymore), they are probably worth it. Probably better to get a used pair in solid condition and put the Morimoto's in them. But that's a lot of work not many are willing to take on.
