I passed out flyers to Penske Chevrolet and Bill Estes Chevrolet today. I will try and hit a couple more dealerships tomorrow. Penske said they would mail them out to those who have bought Camaros from them.

Darn it!

I would love to be there, but I have an EMT class to teach that night - make the next one on a Saturday and I'll be there! I'll let our dealership up here (DeVoe Chevrolet in Alexandria) know about it and put it on my Facebook.

I'm sure we will set one up for a Saturday. I'm hoping for an every other week thing, or at least once a month. Depends on how many people show interest.

I hope enough (and even more!) people continue to show interest, it sucks to watch a club die... been there, done that. :(

This is going to be one hell of a month. I just got invited to participate in the opening day festivities at IMS on the 15th because of the C5's popularity and it being the pace car this year. I'll be one of 15 C5's that will be escorted from the northside of Indy to the track, staged, parade lap with the pace car, tent VIP for lunch and dinner, entertainment and passes for the pits, garage area and pagoda, then on the 29th, another escort from the northside to the track with the Corvettes and C5's with a parade lap, VIP tent with food and beverages and tour of the museum.
There is a God!
