I got one from the last group buy. The kit is installed but still working on my fuel system and then will need to tune. I hope to be driving it by October.

Well its getting closer! I did the rear suspension and ZL1 pump earlier this year but my turbo kit and cam install is almost done. Here is a few pics of the progress. Still need to wire up the BAP and electronic boost controller and vacuum block. Hopefully it gets done next week then off to the tuner. I'm curious if my 3600 stall will flash higher under boost?

Lookin good!

Sorry I haven’t posted anything about mine. I literally have to wire up the boost controller and it’s done. However... I kinda cut my left thumb off on Labor Day. Yesterday was the first day I could turn a wrench . Had to cancel my dyno time at RPM.

I’ll be alright, but not too much use right now. I still have most* of it :/. I was being careless with a circular saw.

add more heat wrap around the heat sleeve plug wires like a doughnut. trying to use stock wires will make it press up against the metal and melt for sure, just add more material and it forces it away snug. That looks like it rests right against the header, too thin more material.

pcm of nc makes wires that dont contact even with a heat sleeve, proper boot angle and length.

Those are 45 degree wires. It's a tight fit. I have them wrapped with heat resistant tape and spark plug boots too.

i did too, the first time just like that. wrapped the wire shoved a red dei heat sock over it, wrapped the header. my hot pipes are coated too. about 8 minutes on a rented dyno and we were already backing it back out lol, just trying to save you headache. This is the portion where this kits gets all the heat issue complaints.

PCM of NC fitment, zero touching anywhere wrapped both ends wire and manifold They are pricey for wires, but its the ticket!!

In your first photo of the batch you uploaded i can see that your passenger side PCM harness wire is tucked BELOW your manifold causing it to rub UPWARD, you gonna melt those babies and need a tow and a rewire lol

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxb...ew?usp=sharing

If you play with the mounting tabs for the entire PCM and remount it upside down, mounted back in 180 degrees from stock, you can run the entire harness from above and get inches of clearance versus rubbing. You never want contact in a hot ass turbo engine bay

FrankT provided this photo in another install thread as to how to mess with the PCM mounting base.

Baby blue is where you want to trim and red is where it needs to securely clip back in upside down.

It just seems like you have to worry about heat wise with a single turbo?!?!? Then you would with the TwinTurbo kit or a AGP kit !!
