It's a nice looking setup and you can tell it is well thought out. I don't have any need for it on my build but during this lull until the final tune tomorrow or Friday, all topics are game here as far as I am concerned.

Note the holes in the black material just below the bumper cover in the front fascia.



Mount the intercooler to the lower side of the light weight aluminum bumper bar (lower bar).



Lower IATs and improved air flow.

I ran an early prototype ProCharger fit at there HQ back in 2009. The guys at PC are top notch and I very much enjoy working with them. We ended up using the Stage II intercooler because the IATs were too high for sustained road course use. With the Stage II we were good to go.

ID 1700X injectors installed today BUT the ATI Super Pulley hasn't come yet

Shop is checking with ATI to see what the deal is!

Looks like we are getting the pulley though Scoggins-Dickey and it is due to arrive on Monday!!

Ok RealQuick I talked to the main mechanic at G-Force and like some of the other folks have already said in your thread, the plug you are running is too hot for 16 psi. You need an "8" heat range plug gapped at .027, at least that is what mine are gapped at.

I really don't know why but can only guess that as psi goes up the plug heat goes down. One of the shop guys has a low 9 sec G8 and he is running ~ 25 psi with "9" heat range plugs. Dude I just drive them, I don't work on them - at least I am honest!

Then again I think different power adders have different IAT's that probably directly correlate to the heat tolerances in the plug, just a hypothesis.

So whats the update on the car man, just waiting for the ATI balancer?
