Thanks to Ryne at CMS for finding my issue and a great result.

After weeks of trying to isolate my surging issue, I finally bit the bullet and took my car to Ryne at CMS. I had been trying to figure it out myself with trial and error, (and pestering poor Ted Jannetty with question after question) but it came down to someone needing to drive it, and log it to actually see and hear what was going on.

Turns out the Siemens Deka Injectors were causing the surging issue at low rpm. New injectors fitted ... Problem solved.

I have to say that both Ted and Ryne went beyond the call in getting this sorted and provided excellent customer service.

Ryne had the injectors shipped to my house so I could install them, then he drove to my place next day (over an hour away) to put a drivable tune into the car so I could take it back their shop for the dyno tune.

Here's my dyno run ... A very impressive 588.5rwhp on 91 pump gas. Final tune was 584rwhp.

Thank you Ryne.

I really also appreciated your follow up phonecall yesterday to make sure The car was running well and that I was happy. That speaks volumes of your customer service!

My new Mantic clutch kit should be arriving soon ... I'll make a time in the next couple of weeks to come and get it fitted.

Simon,
Your car looks bad ass! What gauges are you running up front (near the windshield). Let me know when your heading over to CMS!

That's AWESOME customer service! Once I get my car back together, I will be having you do the tune for me.

They're autometer afr and vacuum/boost. I love the old school look of gauges hanging through the hood,
so I made up the brackets.

Will do!
