Made the switch!

Coming from a 2013 VW GLI I'm super excited.
I went with the 1ss with the rs package in black. Planning on blackening it out (tint and wheels).

I could of waited Til the 2014 but I actually like the 2013 better, anyone else?

What should I expect from this car, do you guys turn heads? And is the exhuast noise on the ss different then the LT?

You'll get a lot of compliments on it from random people, that's what I've noticed. Much more so than your VW.

Welcome to the club.

Thanks. What're simple mods I can do to appearance. I want to change the HID Color even though idk how easy or hard it is, and possibly smoke out the taillights and get Chevy emblems.

Endless possibilities, man. There are some REALLY nice and REALLY well photographed member projects here in the build section. Just look through there to get ideas. Odds are your perfect set of mods have collectively been done here at some point

Welcome aboard!

That's just a bulb switch, check out Diode Dynamics. They've been really good to me whenever I buy bulbs and whatnot from them.

Wheels are, in my opinion, your biggest visual mod as everyone's wheel choice says a little bit about them.

Front lip really pulls the look of the car together as well. I have mine 100% debadged and it looks pretty nice like that, especially the side where it says "CAMARO" in those block letters. Heritage grilles are nice too, I'm ordering that one soon.

Appearance wise, you have lots of options.
