I am more upset at the communication that occured. First they should have never let me out of the door without knowing everything was set with the financing. Second they sold me a GAP policy that I wasnt eligble for. This is a grave error to me. And third their communication was awful. On multiple occasions I was told one thing and then something different happened.

I dont care so much about each event individually. I am more dissatisfied with how they were handled. And when my concerns were brought up they basically determined they would rather loose a customer than try to make it right.

A a former banker (Sr VP in Charge of Lending), I have seen dealers do this all the time. You take the car after they say it is approved, then they call you back, thinking you will cave to a higher price or interest rate. Done deliberately. Crooks. At least Jesse James used a gun in his theft.

Well i received a message on C5 from them apologizing for the misunderstanding and offering to help in the future. Not sure what to do or think at this point. My Camaro Club is looking to get sponsored by a local dealership who sponsors the Corvette Club, maybe I will go that route. I just wish i could have someone address my paint issue.
