just wanted to give a quick update, and thanks to all those that gave advice.

She ended up having to make about a 2.5 hour trip the following day. I had her fill back up after burning 1/4 tank, then at half tank. She said the car ran smooth, no knocking, no warning lights, said you couldn't even tell she put in the wrong gas. She did comment that it felt a little more 'peppy', but zero issues. I wanted to add this in case of someone else making a simple mistake and being concerned, or what options to take.
