Yes, I had a lot of people asking about your products when I showed the vehicle at the GM Nationals. I need to get the pictures out of the camera.

Over the winter it will be getting the supercharger, cam and headers. It will be over 700HP and that will be enough.

Next up. Ordered $2,000 worth of stereo equipment. We have a vehicle sound system specialist and he will be heading up the project. This will be installed the week while I'm on vacation. I will post pics, but getting all new speakers, a couple of new amps, crossovers, new custom built sub box. It will be a total custom job.

I also ordered the PFADT sport sway bars.

When you do the super charger we can put a RX Super Chiller on it.

That sounds great. Thank you for your support on the GM Parts House Orange Crush project and I will take some better photos of the items this weekend when I clean her up again.

Sound System Makeover

Ok, so a little bit ago I had the sound system done. I am not 100% done with the overall look, but almost complete.

The build is as follows.

Complete interior removed, except for dash, and DynoMat and DynoPad was installed in the whole interior. I will have to get some photos from the installer on all of that. It really made the whole cabin quieter.

All speakers were replaced with Orion XTR62 6.5 speakers with selectable crossovers.

Two 10" Orion XTRPRO102 subwoofers
Each subwoofer has its own Orion XTR5001 amp (500 watts) nestled in its own compartment on each side in the trunk.
The main speakers are powered by an Orion XTR5004 1000 watt amp.
Orion capactior.
Remote bass gain next to the driver seat for on the fly bass control.

Everything in the rear was custom wrapped in black leather with Inferno Orange accents to match the interior.

Honestly the sound is out of control, lol. It is so loud on most songs at 20-30 that it feels like your ears are going to bleed. And the sound is clean and not distorted all of the way to 45 (highest volume). It has more to go, as far as the gain, but I think that's enough.

Thanks for the message. I have a lot going on with the car. Hopefully I'll get some pictures up soon.

I just did the Magnuson TVS2300 with the 3.4 pulley, LS9 MAP sensor, LS9 spark plugs and LS9 camshaft. I have done the complete line of RX Products Billet pulleys.

Currently I am waiting on the headers to be ceramic coated. They are the 1 7/8 American Racing with the cats. I am then installing the ZL1 dual mode exhaust. I'm in the middle of figuring out how to make the actuators work.

Once it is done with the exhaust it goes to the body shop for the front ZL1 bumper conversion, ZL1 side rockers and ZL1 rear diffuser setup. At that facility it will be dyno tuned. Lots of working going on!
