Tires for 20 inch rims?

Hi everyone. I am looking at getting new rims, I want to stick with 20s just because they look perfect on the car.

I am now supercharged and I need traction, badly. I know Mickey Thompson does not make any tires for that big of a rim...I also heard Nitto isn't the greatest.

What are my choices?

Actually, Nitto is probably your best choice, especially if you're looking for a drag radial. Plus, Mickey Thompson is supposedly releasing 20" drag radials by late May. Either one will be great for traction (when dry), but both will wear down very quickly. I think probably the Nitto 555R is the best compromise.

I was looking at the Nitto 555R but I know some sub 400 N/A cars that still blow the tires off....Which is what shied me away from wanting to go with Nitto. Good to hear that MT is at least going to make a tire for that size rim, thanks!

If you want or need a tire stickier than the 555R's, there are many people on this forum that swear by the Nitto NT05R's. But I hear that the new M/T's will be just as good or even better than the NT05R's. I also heard that they won't last very long at all on the street, supposedly a very soft rubber compound.
