Smoke, Oil Leak

I ran the car hard on a road course, I had smoke coming from under the car, and it seems like some transmission oil leaking. Some one said it's just coming out the vent tube. Any Ideas. It's a L99/A6 43000 miles

It isn't leaking when it's stopped or when I'm driving it on the highway, that I know of and it's not going above operating temperature. So is it possible to to throw the oil out the vent tube by driving it on a road course. Why do I have a Camaro if I can't use it for what it's intended. Anybody else ever had this problem.

By any chance do you have an RX catch can with a breather? Sometimes the breather doesn't work right and over pressurizes causing the rear main seal to leak.

Yeah I got a catch can and breather, but it's not engine oil.

OK this time I know it's engine oil, and I know it's leaking from inside bell housing

Ditch the RX breather. Known to cause problems in V6's Im not sure about the Ls3 and L99s, but I wouldnt be surprised. Their catch can is eh, as well. Ive seen plastic bottles catch more than those cans.
