Zl1 bumper conversion help!
We almost have it on but it feels like it is stuck or hitting on something, it just wont sit flush right there it wont move anymore! any help or advice would be appreciated!

Did you use the zl1 shock absorber or did you try to reuse the stock ss absorber?

Try installing without the lower grill on. I had to cut away some plastic airflow at the bottom to get the lower grill to fit.

Good replies here. Did you replace the bumper absorber and radiator shroud (or cut yours)? From the pictures it looks like it is hitting something on the low side.
