Borla Customer Service - Excellent
I purchased a Borla 11924CFBA...S-Type with Carbon Fiber tips. One of the carbon fiber tips is slightly loose on the inner cooling fin thing and vibrates causing a light buzzing noise. I called up Borla, sent them requested info and they are providing me with a new right side unit!
Fantastic service, the way it should be. Now keep in mind I have not yet received said replacement...will advise once I do.

Borla worked with me over several months to resolve my issues. I agree, Borla customer service is one of the best I have ever encountered.
I would buy again in a heartbeat.

Well...I was advised on Monday it would be shipped FedEx 2-Day. Today I inquired about a tracking number and was told there was an issue and it will be another 3-4 weeks! Hmmmmm

Borla CS is second to none. I had an AFM valve issue on my wife's x-pipe, it took a few weeks, but they sent me a whole new unit. Great company. CEO was emailing me, assuring me they would satisfy me. They did just that.
Great Company, that Borla.
