I went with the Chevrolet racing lifters aka Cadillac lifters after talking with several vendors.( I had the LS7 lifters) in my last build. The LS7 are spongy and with high lift cams will bleed down and that .649 lift might be .620 because it the lifters. I had a vendor tell me on a build all they did was change form Ls7 lifters to Johnson and gained just shy of 20 rwhp fwiw.
