2013 SS trans tuning question HELP

I had my trans tuned today and it was way too hard thru all shifts. We got it mostly dialed in but the 4-5 shift is acting crazy. It launches you forward then shifts SUPER hard. We loaded the stock tune back in it and there's no change. It's still shifting super hard. Nothing like it was before we started. My question is, why didn't it go back to the slushy soft shifts like it was? Any ideas?
