Is it possible? It would be pretty awesome honestly...don't know if the ipad is too big and other issues like heating

It's certainly not impossible. Just a matter of price I'm sure.

Well I'm sure anything is possible. The iPad is expensive though for the 3G IMO. I had the iPhone through AT&T when I was back in the states and the bill cost me ballpark of $130/month! But I loved the phone and had the money so it wasn't a big deal.

I'm pretty sure the iPad 3G usage is like $25 for unlimited/month which really isn't that bad, but still pretty expensive. Especially with how much the unit its self costs. I would love to see an iPad in a Camaro though...

I will be getting it done after C5 Fest!

My installer is working on the mechanism now to allow the IPAD to come out of the passenger side dash....

It will extend out when the "SLIDE" faces the passenger, then angle down, all done on a push of a button. I also will be installing a mobile WIFI!

Not a pipe dream, it will be done.....

I dont think you should, Better wait a while to see what bugs the IPAD has.

You might be in trouble if it has a overheating problem.

Then your stuck with a Big hole in the dash!

i pads are gay i would rather spend on grand or however much it costs going towards a turbo or something usefull why would you even need one in yur car what would you use it for?
