Well, headed back to Detroit. With Abby back in the line-up it might add some spark.
The building should be a rockin, especially on a Friday night!!

LOL, what does the East think of the Wings coming back home to the Eastern Conference next year?
Now it will have 5 of the Original 6 in the East again.
Personally can't wait. To be able to see Boston, Montreal, Toronto, NYR on a regular basis, YES!

I dont mind but I don't like the new division setup within the conferences.

Game 7 Baby!!!! Cleary played well after getting boned on that hit. Zetterberg stepped up and Howie played pretty well last night. Of course Pavel pulls out that nasty backhand from the slot and buries it. Can't wait for tomorrow. Hopefully we can get a lead and hold it instead of giving it up and having to win in OT.

Leafs bring disappointment to a new level... the Caps underachieve and are knocked out in the first round. Glad to see everything is back on track

I predict a lack lustre series between NY and Boston with the Bruins coming out on top (they'll eventually lose to the Pens in the conference finals).
Blackhawks are the team everyone should be gunning for though and I put them in the finals against the Pens... which should be great hockey

I have no idea what's gonna happen with Boston and the Rangers, because, I've watched the Bruins all year and they just don't show up every game.
As for the pens....I'm not sure they can get through ottawa, they had a hard enough time with the isle.

Im pretty excited for this matchup with the Blackhawks. Should be a great series regardless of how teams finished the season. Im convinced if the Wings played Chicago and we were 15th in the conference and they were 1st, it'd be a tight game. Can't wait.

The pens look like they're going to lean on Vokun to get the job done in net. IMO all they need is some decent goaltending because they can produce the offense.. Fleury wasn't near decent and this move makes sense to me.
I agree you don't know what you're going to get from the Bruins every game but they did show their experience in the last 10 minutes of game 7. I think they'll build off that and play well against the Rangers... the Rangers do have alot of weapons. I should probably retract my previous statement that this will be a boring series, it's just that the Caps/Rangers series was very tight and defensive until game 7. We'll see

Rough game for the Wings. Hopefully we will get it lined out for Saturday
