Pedders lowering spring rates found!

As Pedders USA is gone, I went to a UK Pedders site and found their springs 220032 & 220035 listed. Requested spring rates from them via e-mail.(see attached). Rates are 130# front and 433# rear. Sorry about the quality of the attachment.

130 seems really low for the front. Never ridden on them but it just seems low compared to other manufacturers...

To the OP can you please ask for clarification on the rates. 130 in/lb seems too low, 130 nm and or Kg is way too high.

Thanks,
Matt

130# isn't that low... mine are less then that. They aren't road performance springs though.

BMR lists their 1" lowering springs at 220 lbs front and 460 lbs rear. Maybe it's supposed to be 230, not 130 lbs. Could just be a typo.

Is what it is! lighter spring in front(but probably taller than other drop springs unloaded) and stiffer spring in the rear, equals much less understeer in a stock SS.

Doubt its right. Member near me had them after getting rid of the Pfadt springs. Said they were quite a bit more stiff

The springs are progressive, you can't really rate a progressive spring like that.
