I'm surprised he got away with it. I've had friends (the fairly brainless kind, of course) try to get less "in your face" messages past the NJ vanity plate scrutiny board and been rejected. That one is just screaming "Reject me!"

What state is that?

It's 370H55V upside down.... pretty smart. Its like the old 60065 trick we used to do in elementary school when we got to use calculators.

all you have to do is complain to the dmv in that state and they will tell him to get rid of it.

it's happend to far less profanity plates.

I know they check backwards, but upside down?

The plate is upside down. It's actually 370H55V.....

It looks like Arizona and if you look close the plate is upside down so his true plate is 370H55V. Not sure how he is getting away with that one...
