I agree with rray. It is priced way too close to the 335i. Basically, the same thing, just a lot smaller. I like small cars, but they went about this wrong. It makes way more sense as a hatchback. It just looks awkward as a coupe and you waste a ton of space. The numbers are great, no doubt, but for the money I would just pay a bit extra and go for the 335i. It is roomier but still small enough to meet my tastes (especially considering the Camaro is small enough for my taste). I'd still consider owning one, but its lower on my list than it used to be.

I think it’s about 8-9 inches shorter over all than the 3 series and the 135 is 5-6k less than the 335 coupe. So better performance, a little smaller, a little lighter for $5k less sounds pretty good to me. Then again I’m 5’ 8” so I don’t need a lot of room.
BMW will sell lots of these. |
