Red Rock 1LE with Recaro's Production Numbers...
Was wondering if there was any other further breakdown beyond color for 1LE production. I ask because I have been weeding through exactly what I want the last couple months and although I keep going back and forth between models, years, colors, etc.. I have come to the conclusion that I can't stop looking at a Red Rock 14/15 1LE.
My issue/question then becomes it looks like there was what like 257 (14 = 148 + 15 = 109) Red Rock cars total. How many them are Recaro and I would like to get NPP but that is not necessarily a must. I am just trying to get a gauge of if it is even realistic to think I will find one in any reasonable time frame. |

I had done some looking previously through past post on here and unless I've missed it, the breakdown doesn't go past the color. If I understand correctly it's because the 1le is not a model but a option for the SS.

Mine is a 2014 RRM 2SS 1LE Recaro NPP (NO SUNROOF!!!)
Would be great to know how many of these were made, but haven't seen a breakdown with that much detail yet. Exactly the configuration I wanted and had to have it shipped from a few states away (a few years ago). |

Sorry man not a 5th gen but love your choice. Detroit craigslist has very nice 1LE options but recaros is tough. Why bot a z/28? Find them 38-42k all day log now.

As far as Recaros on the Gen6 I would be wililng to do with out as I don't like the design near as much. The Z/28 has been on my short list as well. No where near saying money is no option just don't want to but a 1LE for high 20's and spend 10K in aftermarket when I could buy a Z/28 an probably be little closer to end hp goals. Personally as weird as it sounds I like the 1LE styling the best out of the 5th Gen ZL1, Z28, 1LE selection. Although I do like the Z28 brake calipers. 5th/6th Gen Camaro pricing is the most confusing thing ever and that honestly why I am so indecisive at the moment. The guy I talked to yesterday bought a 2018 1SS with 10K miles for $29K OTD. But yet I see 5th Gen 2SS for not much less. 5th Gen 1LE are still running high 20ks but yet you can get a ZL1 for low 30's and a Z28 for probably close to $40k. Same thing 5th Gen 1LE high $20k's but 6th Gen 1LE can be had for low $30's. It has me so confused that I am not sure which route is the right to go as I like things about each of these models. I have settled on the fact though at least that I don't want just a standard 1SS/2SS at the moment. |

Personally, would like to have a 5th 1le but people still want too much for them in comparison to what you can get a 6th 1le for.

I totally understand. I love the 5th gens because they are simple cars. Way less electronics and no direct injection on the LS3, bullet proof motor. Plus the styling and size is just “muscle” lol and yes its heavy but whatever, not winning championships with it.
Good luck, love the red rock combo!!!

Red rock was our only choice when we ordered our 1LE. It's a 1SS Recaros and NPP. Only options I wanted.
